主要职责:
1. 结合业务部年度战略、市场策略规划,制定适合区域自身发展的策略和学术推广计划;
2. 带领团队实现公司年度绩效目标、对大区策略进行分解并制定行动计划以确保交付结果;
3. 通过市场及客户洞察,挖掘潜在市场机会;
4. 合理有效地进行大区内财务预算及资源分配,确保活动执行过程中符合公司合规要求;
5. 积极与区域内重要客户共建战略联盟、持续发展专业的合作关系;
6. 有效利用绩效管理工具辅导、管理团队,提升团队整体胜任力水平,搭建人才梯队;
7. 积极构建以科学为本、团队制胜、卓越执行、绩效导向的团队文化;
任职要求及录用条件:
1. 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学统招本科及以上学历
2. 八年及以上销售工作经验,优秀的销售业绩,四年及以上的团队管理经验;
3. 优秀的团队管理能力及资源统筹能力;
4. 专业的形象展示能力、极强的说服沟通说服能力及客户融动能力;
5. 熟练应用office等办公操作软件;
6. 具有市场部、医学事务部、政府事务及市场准入部等其他策略部门相关工作经验者。
7. 具备北京市场销售团队二线管理经验。
8. 按照公司要求完成入职及相关岗位培训并达到考核要求;
9. 在入职30天内,配合公司完成并通过《医药代表管理办法》备案;
10. 在入职60天内申请获得支付商务差旅费用的招商银行公务卡。
