Job Description: Industrial Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance & Uphold J&J Credo
  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct aligned with the J&J Credo.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence for roles assigned in one of the below:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Finance Partner (BUF) Account to Report (ATR)

  • Strive for continuous improvement and process optimization in assigned areas.

Build Trusted Business Partnerships

  • Execute global strategies and solutions in accordance with taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with Process SMEs and Operational Key Contacts to ensure cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process alignment.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and promote consistency of global standards.
  • Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Generate innovative ideas and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and execute improvements

Education & Qualification:

  • Currently in 2nd year of Articleship in CA course.
  • Preference from a BIG4 CA firm and CA Inter cleared with a rank

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Open-minded, adaptable to rapid change, and receptive to new technologies.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and manage fluid situations pragmatically.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Digital literacy with a focus on automation and intelligent tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to align with global teams across Asia.
  • Willingness to lead or participate in regional, global, or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
