The Access Ability hiring program helps qualified talent with disabilities apply to jobs at J&J to reach their career goals. If you wish to identify as autistic, neurodivergent or disabled, Access Ability helps you navigate the application and interview process at J&J. Once you get the job, Access Ability sets pathways to help you acclimate, grow your skills and learn new ones.
How it works
We evaluate and design our hiring processes to provide a fair and inclusive experience for all candidates. Your disclosures to the Access Ability team are used solely to determine how best to meet your needs as a candidate. Here’s what Access Ability adds to the hiring and onboarding experience:
- Education: Our hiring managers, recruiting teams and interviewers take disability inclusion training
- Support: Post-hire resources to help you get to know the J&J culture, like regular check-ins with a peer partner or buddy
- Ongoing mentorship, coaching and counseling to support you and your manager, as well as an invitation to join our global disability and mental health focused employee business resource group
- Accommodation: Workspace customizations and other accommodations are provided as needed
