Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance provides I2C services and financial support for Johnson & Johnson companies across all regions (Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America). This role will be fully responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of Invoice to Cash activities placed in the Global organization. This dynamic role will establish a new Global team with a global mindset, create a positive culture, and drive standardization and simplification of processes. This role will collaborate with Service Delivery Leads within each of the Regions, Global stakeholders and the Global Process Owner to further evolve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global Invoice to Cash processes for Johnson & Johnson companies globally.
Develop and articulate vision for Global Invoice to Cash organization and build customer-focused organizational culture
Provide leadership and ensure Global Invoice to Cash service delivery commitments and customer expectations are met
Accountable for overall customer satisfaction and meeting required service levels
Develop and operationalize Global Invoice to Cash strategies that enhance effectiveness and compliance
Build and manage key relationships with Global Services leadership to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met
Provide leadership to acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and other integrations as required
Provide leadership and oversight to third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers as needed
Align with GPO to collaborate on the development, communication and continuous improvement of the policies, processes and procedures for Global Invoice to Cash
Deliver talent, business and financial expectations for Global Invoice to Cash
Ensure Global Invoice to Cash remains compliant with all statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements. Provide guidance, direction and expertise to support all internal and external audits, ensuring effective controls for end-to-end processes.
Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of Global Invoice to Cash processing
Collaborate with Global Services Cross-Functional Leaders, Global Process Owner (GPO), Regional Service Delivery Leads and other Global Services stakeholders to identify and deliver improvements in service performance and global standards
Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment

Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Service Center of a multinational corporation or BPO preferred
MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Experience managing Global Invoice to Cash function of a large multi-state company
Significant experience driving large, complex projects to a successful completion as well as ability to work in a Global environment
Ability to lead organizations/teams through change while maintaining day-to-day operations
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of influencing outcomes remotely
Ability to manage ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
Successfully manage multiple priorities and be very organized
Develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
Strong ability to mentor and delegate as appropriate
Ability to champion new ideas, concepts and technologies and obtain buy-in from executive leadership and peers
Preferred:
Track record of driving business results through inspirational leadership, empowering people to act with speed, agility and accountability to deliver against the organizational goals
Strong understanding of current best practices in Accounting and Financial Systems, including SAP
