Purpose:
This role is responsible for providing leadership to the business for the development of communications plans as well as execution. This role will support the sustainability of the internal communication culture within each business in the assigned site, it will drive engagement, communication and end to end mindset, and collaborate with corporate communications
You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate
Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Develop both short-term and long-term business programs according to the communication needs for the business.
• Will support the communication needs for the internal initiatives that promotes the internal culture such as activities, programs, J&J´s Credo and others.
• Will establish a communication program, that enables and reinforce the Culture.
• Will work together with the business to enhance mindsets and behaviors that enable us to deliver Supply Chain priorities.
o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
o Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in communication and/or organizational psychology, marketing or other related human resource management, continuous improvement, lean or a related field
• 2 to 4 years minimum of professional experience is required
• List specific types of experience that may be required for this position, such as:
▪ Knowledge of GMPs /medical devices industry applicable regulations.
▪ Management, planning and implementation of projects and business support
initiatives
▪ Relationship management
▪ Influence, shaping solutions negotiation and partnership
▪ Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and
financial metrics to drive key outcomes for the business
▪ Innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed
change management plans.
▪ Support of multiple business functions and working in various industries, ideally
within large, complex organizations is required.
▪ Driving strategic change to meet changing business needs and exploring new
business models is required.
