This role sits within the Supply Chain Services capability and is part of a global function providing operational support to Global Supply Chain, with a specific focus on Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) systems. The Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training will have responsibility for leading and implementing the business adoption activities and results within the team, focused on an ERP and other SC&O platform implementation.
This position will partner with and have accountability for an extended team of individuals who will implement the people, site, and business readiness across the organization. They will interact with functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts and the project management team to integrate, operate and fully implement a cohesive organizational change plan. The plan will encompass all vital aspects of organizational change readiness, stakeholder engagement, business adoption, communications, business security, and training, all passionate about ensuring a successful implementation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns
Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
Ensure the Program Management Organization (PMO) is aligned and fully aware of resources needs, coordinated deliverables and areas of risk and/or concern.
Design stakeholder engagement frameworks: identify key stakeholders and drive engagement and alignment across various key discussions and decisions.
Partner with process leads, business owners and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology. Work with owners to proactively implement Change Impact Mitigations into project governance and communicate appropriately to impacted partner groups.
Partner with process leads and subject matter experts to develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan that enables the impacted functions to migrate onto the new platform successfully (i.e. transactional data clean-up, re-labeling, physical inventory counts, etc).
Ensure our communications plan provides proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to key groups and impacted users as they relate to project execution, business transformations, change impacts, program awareness, etc. On an ongoing basis, gauge the organizational “pulse” through various means (i.e. dialog, surveys, etc) in order to better understand external perspectives and opportunities.
Partner with impacted leaders, process leads, business SME’s to understand end-user audience, needs, changes, to design and deliver curriculum and trainings. This includes tracking of training effectiveness and performance to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance and improvement of global business processes and integration points.
Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget.
Partner with program leads to establish coordinated project plans / schedules / results, especially around execution of business simulation and validation/readiness.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field).
Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or similar) preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required
5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives.
Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms).
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices.
5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit.
Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
Requires deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain.
Demonstrated hands-on project delivery required.
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization required.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired results.
Requires people management and development experience.
Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of partners
Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies required.
Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required.
Exceptional business and digital competence, including ERP expertise required.
Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment required.
Experience managing to project timelines and achievements in complex business environments required.
Experience with managing external vendors and consulting partners.
Preferred
Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is preferred.
Prosci certification.
Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders preferred.
Prior experience supporting large‑scale digital or systems transformations in a regulated or matrixed organization.
Familiarity with learning technologies, digital adoption tools, and blended learning models.
Exposure to continuous improvement, process transformation, or operating model changes.
Other
Languages: English required; additional languages preferred in a global role.
Travel: Up to ~20–30% global travel may be required.
Certifications (Preferred): Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, ACMP, PMP, or comparable change/training certifications.
