Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish an independent orthopaedics company that will operate like DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is expected to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to applicable legal requirements, including consultations with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as appropriate, as well as regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and clearances.

We are seeking the best talent: Production Associate II, Orthopedics.
Summary:
Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and operational performance across designated value streams. Perform maintenance and repair tasks, collaborate with Facilities and onsite contractors, and maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure compliance and continuous operations.
This role supports the Orthopedics business within J&J MedTech, contributing to the manufacturing of orthopedic implants used in knee, hip, and shoulder replacement procedures by ensuring the optimal performance of critical production equipment.

Carry out operations as per relevant CSOP’s, JEC’s, data sheets, SWS and TMs.
Maintain accurate Production and Quality records.
Operate within the cellular manufacturing environment.
Maintain GMP/Housekeeping standards.
Process product to specified output and quality standards

Assist in all internal/external audits.

Experience & Education
Essential
2 – 4 years experience
Previous experience within a medical devices industry
Formal education: 9th grade completed –
Manufacturing Experience in comparable industry where hygiene control/quality control is desired.
CNC experience. Disered.
