Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned territory for Oncology franchise, maintaining effective customer relations, mapping territory potential, cascading science behind brands with benefits of brands and collaborating with Health Care Practitioners.
Job Responsibilities:
Drives business growth with DM/PS in assigned territory by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies and interest
Builds team to maximize opportunities while optimizing resources and driving people development
Reviews KPIs of the team ensuring strict adherence to business requirements
Maps potential of territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities thus building a strong sustainable business in the zone
Builds and owns a sustainable, long-term relationship with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in the zone to strengthen advocacy for the business
In consultation with the medical affairs team, executes and plans for conducting scientific activities such as continuous medical education and executes marketing campaigns from time to time to service listed HCPs in prescribed territory
Focuses on capability building and nurtures talent to build Leaders for tomorrow
Collaborates with internal and external partners for flawless execution.
Qualifications: B.Pharma/B.Sc. is required. MBA over and above will be preferred.
Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum Experience of 10 years or above
Good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and MS tools.
Proven and Excellent Analytical, Communication and Presentation Skills.
Knowledge of business and procurement process.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to the targeted Geographic Area preferred.
Exposure to Oncology/Specialty market will be an advantage.
Travel Required:
Travel extensively to assigned Ex-HQ and Out-Station locations for around but not limited to 50% of the working Days.
