Job Overview:
- Based on business strategy and marketing training strategy, design and implement performance-oriented learning and development projects to enhance the professional competitiveness of sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Based on business strategy and focused capacity development opportunities, leverage internal and external resources, design and deliver sales learning and development projects /courses for sales reps, first line manager and second line manager to enhance the professional competitiveness of sales team.
- Cooperate APAC team to align the strategy and localize for CHN team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 + years sales management and training experience
- Structured thinking and presentation, strong communication skills
- Excellent execution and learning ability
- Open minded and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and writing in English
