The Global Services (GS) Interaction Model Demand & Service Excellence team is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Product Manager. Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, this individual will manage a defined portfolio of digital product capabilities that support scalable, cross-functional service management and customer interactions.


This role provides day-to-day business product management for a subset of digital products that power the GS Interaction Model, including ServiceNow, Genesys, and associated capabilities. The Manager will translate product strategy and partner needs into prioritized requirements, roadmaps, releases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.


Working across business, design, technology, analytics, and service delivery teams, the Manager will help ensure product capabilities are usable, scalable, and aligned with Interaction Model priorities. The role represents the voice of business partners and customers while partnering closely with Johnson & Johnson Technology to advance delivery and ongoing product improvement.

The Digital Product Manager is accountable for driving product delivery, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable business outcomes, including improved employee experience, increased deflection, and scalable digital service capabilities. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with a cross-functional team of functional partners, designers, developers, business analysts, and testers. They will represent the cross-functional / partner goals and objectives of our digital products and how it will affect our business and our customers. They will map out and defines the outcomes to be achieved and support developing the product roadmap for future years. They will collaborate with delivery partners on the strategic orchestration of the product implementation and ongoing product enhancement to ensure partner needs are met and value delivered. They will work with key cross-functional partners within the Experience Center, HR, Finance, and Procurement to understand, align, and represent partner needs within the overall product strategy and ensure the management of a cohesive cross-functional product that consistently meets partner and customer needs. They will ensure coordinated and consistent communication of progress, risks, issues and improvement opportunities to their management, other levels of leadership and to key partners. They will be accountable for defining and achieving product objectives and focuses on leading the operational elements of business product management such as meeting timelines, staying within budget, and achieving outcomes by coordinating time, budget, and resources to advance the digital products of the GS Interaction Model.


The role represents the voice of the business, translating partner needs into product strategy and working in close partnership with Johnson & Johnson Technology to drive delivery and product evolution.


Key Responsibilities

Business Product Ownership & Execution

  • Manage the day-to-day business product ownership of assigned GS Interaction Model capabilities and product features.
  • Translate the Senior Digital Product Manager’s strategy and roadmap into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
  • Maintain a healthy, transparent product backlog and support prioritization based on business value, customer need, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
  • Coordinate product activities across discovery, design, development, testing, release readiness, launch, and post-release optimization.

Partner Engagement & Voice of Customer

  • Build effective working relationships with GS functional partners, service delivery teams, the Experience Center, HR, Finance, Procurement, and employee representatives.
  • Gather, synthesize, and document partner and customer needs using qualitative feedback, operational insights, surveys, and behavioral data.
  • Represent the voice of business partners and customers in product ceremonies and delivery decisions.
  • Communicate scope, decisions, progress, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs clearly to partners and product leadership.

Roadmap, Requirements & Prioritization

  • Contribute to product roadmaps and quarterly planning for assigned capabilities, ensuring alignment with defined outcomes and enterprise priorities.
  • Develop clear business requirements and partner with design and technology teams to validate solution options.
  • Assess enhancement requests and recommendations using consistent value, feasibility, experience, and strategic-alignment criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, expand self-service, improve automation, and increase product adoption.

Delivery Partnership with Technology

  • Partner closely with Johnson & Johnson Technology, designers, developers, business analysts, testers, and platform teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, release planning, dependency management, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness representing the voice of business stakeholders in the process.
  • Clarify business intent, resolve requirement questions, and support timely decisions during delivery.
  • Help ensure delivered capabilities meet agreed business, experience, quality, compliance, and operational-readiness expectations.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor assigned product performance across adoption, engagement, deflection, containment, customer experience, operational efficiency, and quality measures.
  • Develop dashboards, insights, and performance updates that connect product activity to business outcomes.
  • Establish feedback loops with users, partners, and service delivery teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and prioritize iterative improvements based on data, feedback, product objectives, and value realization.

Product Operations & Governance

  • Maintain product documentation, decision logs, requirements, release communications, and governance materials.
  • Support business cases, investment planning, benefit assumptions, and value-tracking activities for assigned capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities, including communications, training, knowledge, process, and support considerations.
  • Escalate material risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints to the Senior Digital Product Manager with clear options and recommendations.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Experience Design, or a related field is required.


Experiences and Skills:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, service technology, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting or managing enterprise digital products such as ServiceNow, Genesys, CRM, employee service, or digital workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and customer needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product improvements.
  • Experience contributing to product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release planning, and value or performance measurement.
  • Working knowledge of agile product delivery and experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to generate actionable insights.
  • Effective partner management, facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deliverables in a large, complex organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Genesys.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistants, knowledge management, automation, telephony, and digital self-service concepts.

Preferred:

  • Experience with employee experience platforms, digital workplace capabilities, shared services, or service management transformation.
  • Experience supporting strategies that improve digital adoption, self-service, deflection, containment, or customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to influence through relationships, evidence, facilitation, and clear articulation of trade-offs.
  • Exposure to user research, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, or service design methods.
  • Product management, agile, customer experience, ServiceNow, or related professional certification.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
