- Global Well-Being Reimbursement: We reimburse up to €400 per year for activities such as healthy exercise, nutritious eating, mental health and relaxation/recovery

Leave and holidays
- Financial support for parental leave for three months for fathers and mothers
- Caregiver: 10 days annually to care for an immediate family member with critical illness or injury
- Bereavement: 30 days annually to heal from the loss of an immediate family member; 5 days for other family members
- Volunteer: 4 days per calendar year to give your time with a qualifying organization or event
