"Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Production Associate:
o Carry out operations as per relevant CSOP’s, JEC’s, data sheets, SWS and TMs.
o Maintain accurate Production and Quality records.
o Operate within the cellular manufacturing environment.
o Maintain GMP/Housekeeping standards.
o Process product to specified output and quality standards
o Work in an environment of continuous change, demonstrating flexibility and openness to change.
o Assist in all internal/external audits.
o Adhere to the Company’s procedures/policies
o Adhere to Company HSE policies and procedures.
o All employees are responsible for minimising both the environmental and health and safety effects of the work that they perform.
o Work within a team environment to deliver results
o Safe operation of equipment for such tasks as inspection, lasering, blasting, basic assembly, cleaning and packaging operations, other production related duties may be required for business needs
o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
o Training of fellow associates once certified at an operation or process
o Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities proactively
