We are searching for the best talent for Product Management Specialist, Bogotá o Cali.
Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as a Product Management Specialist. In this role, you will support product strategy and execution by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will contribute to understanding market performance, identifying product opportunities, and driving data-driven decisions that support successful product launches and ongoing performance.
You will be responsible for:
Support the execution of Product Management strategies and daily operations.
Analyze consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to track product performance and support decision-making.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products, using data and market analysis.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support pricing analysis for new products based on market and competitive assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, finance, etc.).
Communicate progress on product development, launches, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior team members when required.
Act in alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Biomedical or related fields preferred).
Advanced English level (C1).
4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, or Product Management roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience generating insights from financial or market data.
Experience managing budgets and supporting financial analysis.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
