We are searching for the best talent for Procurement Strategy & Capabilities Specialist.
Purpose:
The Strategy & Capabilities Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the execution of One Procurement's strategic priorities, portfolio management processes, and capability development agenda. This position serves as a key partner to both the Strategy & Portfolio Management team and the Procurement Capabilities team, providing analytical support, business reporting, digital solutions, learning operations coordination, and performance measurement.
The role requires a highly analytical and technically savvy professional who can transform data into actionable insights, automate processes, manage reporting tools and dashboards, and coordinate key learning initiatives that enable capability growth across the global procurement organization.
Approximately 50% of the role will support Procurement Strategy and Portfolio Management, while 50% will support Procurement Capabilities and Learning programs.
You will be responsible for:
Strategy & Portfolio Management Support (50%)
Support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives across One Procurement.
Strategic Reporting & Analytics
- Coordinate monthly "Big Wins" reporting updates and partner with initiative owners to collect progress updates, accomplishments, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support enterprise savings reporting and strategic initiatives, including Must Wins, Osprey, Cash Flow, and Strategic Recovery programs.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources, validate reporting accuracy with Finance and business stakeholders, and prepare executive-ready reporting materials.
Reporting Tools, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Provide administration and support for SAVR and related reporting tools while maintaining data quality and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Maintain Finance Approval SharePoint lists and support governance and compliance requirements.
Business Performance & Insights
- Collect and analyze operational performance metrics and trends.
- Prepare data and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership discussions.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests, strategic analyses, and dashboard development.
Procurement Capabilities Support (50%)
Support the execution of One Procurement's learning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
Learning Metrics & Reporting
- Manage learning and capability metrics, including participation, completion rates, learner engagement, and business impact indicators.
- Develop dashboards, executive reporting, and insights to monitor capability-building progress and identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness.
Training Operations & Learning Programs
- Support end-to-end coordination of procurement training and development programs, including registrations, attendance tracking, communications, reporting, and logistics.
- Maintain learning records, training documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Learning Engagement & Program Support
- Coordinate materials, communications, and readiness activities for learning engagement events, leadership learning forums, capability programs, and procurement development initiatives.
- Support administration of Credo Awards, participant recognition activities, surveys, feedback collection, and program reporting.
- Analyze participant feedback and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Analytics, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or related field.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related business functions.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with data automation, workflow design, or project portfolio management processes.
- Experience working in a global organization.
