Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Medical Science Liaison.

Purpose:

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for engaging healthcare professionals through high-quality, peer-to-peer scientific exchange.

This role contributes to the execution of Medical Affairs strategy by generating insights, supporting evidence generation, and building trusted relationships with key external stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong, trust-based scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality, compliant scientific exchange on disease areas, clinical data, and treatment landscapes through peer-to-peer engagements
  • Gathering and synthesising medical insights from the field to inform Medical Affairs strategies, evidence generation, and business decision-making
  • Supporting the development and execution of medical strategy by identifying data gaps, educational needs, and opportunities for scientific engagement
  • Leading and supporting medical education initiatives, including advisory boards, educational programmes, and scientific meetings
  • Contributing to evidence generation activities, including investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and local research collaborations in alignment with Medical Affairs priorities
  • Reviewing and providing medical input into promotional and scientific materials to ensure accuracy, balance, and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company policies while supporting medical training and responding to scientific enquiries

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or research environment
  • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and ethical standards
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment
