Internship Disciplines
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Interns gain experience in ensuring product quality and regulatory adherence by assisting with audits, documentation, and risk assessments.
- Finance & Accounting: Interns assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting business decision-making.
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Interns support workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives to ensure a safe and regulatory-compliant work environment. You may assist with risk assessments, safety training, incident reporting, and implementation of health and environmental programs.
- Information Technology (IT) and Digital Solutions: Interns support IT and Digital Solutions by assisting in application support, system integrations, and development initiatives, including managing information in systems, supporting testing and deployments, contributing to data flows between platforms, and helping improve digital solutions such as Salesforce to enhance business processes and user experience.
- Human Resources (HR): Interns gain experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations by supporting recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and workforce development initiatives.
- Manufacturing & Operations: Interns gain hands-on experience in optimizing production processes for pharmaceutical or medical device products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and improving operational efficiency.
- Legal & Compliance: Interns support legal and compliance processes by assisting with internal communications, training materials, risk assessments, audits, and due diligence activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Warehousing & Logistics: Interns support warehouse and logistics operations by assisting with time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and space optimization initiatives to improve efficiency across storage and distribution processes.

Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited higher education institution or university (a certificate or academic transcript from the university will be required).
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
