We are searching for the best talent Product Manager – Neuroscience in Istanbul, Turkey.

Role Overview :

Develop the marketing strategy of products under responsibility in order to meet company targets and enhance Market domination, prepare marketing plans and manage all activities and investments required for successful execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In order to determine effective marketing and promotion strategies for the products under responsibility in line with the needs of market and customers:
    • Analyses the market and competitor, conducts market research, reviews international marketing plans.
    • Prepares annual marketing plans, track periodically and submits reports accordingly.
    • Ensures that performance of local strategies in compliance with EMEA strategies by communicating with relevant IBVTs. Bears the Profit & Loss responsibility of product portfolio, effectively guides all investments and activities.
  • Responsible for Sales and A&P management of products, enables and monitors the allocation and investment of the budgets of branded projects under the responsibility in line with HCC rules and regulations.
  • Defines tactical and action plans for product(s).
  • Responsible for effective KOL Management.
  • Monitors the implementation of product strategies in the field:
    • Makes field visits to determine the market requirements;
    • Ensures that the field is aware of market strategies and product(s) targets; Provides strategic product training to sales team.
  • Shares the experiences and collaborates with Marketing and Business Affairs and other teams.
  • Searches and develops effective and creative ideas to serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.
  • Engages in self-development to obtain and create better and more effective business results which would serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.
  • Ensures and all relevant brand activities be compliant:
    • Ensuring safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
    • Ensuring HCC and legal requirements are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
    • Ensuring inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of a recent CV and individualized Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • University Graduate (Pharmaceutics, Medical, Business Administration, etc.) - MBA degree is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry as Product Manager
  • Experience in an international company is preferred
  • Effective presentation skill

  • Good knowledge in MS Office (especially excel, power point)
