What is the International Recruitment and Development Program at J&J?
This is a two-year program offering both full-time positions and internship opportunities for the best MBA and graduate students around the world. It's designed to be a career differentiator, providing the training, expertise, experience and mentorship you need to step into a global leadership role at J&J. The program includes:
- Formal leadership training and mentoring
- Executive/Hogan coaching
- Hands-on experience across business functions and segments
- Opportunities across our two business segments: Innovative Medicine and MedTech
- Available focus areas and functions include business development, finance, health economics, information technology, marketing, market access, operations, product management, project management, sales, supply chain—and more

What are the application requirements for our International Recruitment and Development Program?
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA or master's degree program
- At least three years of previous work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
- Fluency in the language spoken where the role is based
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude
- Data-driven approaches to solving problems
