Key Responsibilities Areas
Incentive Program Management
Owning the design and implementation of performance tracking and incentive programs
Implement robust & compliant processes to manage the transparent, timely, and accurate calculation of incentives and their payment
Maintain and update incentives environment ensuring adjustments to the field force are reflected in accordance with the Incentive Plans T&Cs.
Accurate and timely reporting and analysis as required for both regular review and adhoc projects
Supporting the design of incentive program framework across ANZ by provide data driven insights on operational effectiveness of incentive plan components.
Provide advice on potential sales incentive programs & sprints to ensure, aligned, motivational and effective sales incentive plans
Sales Operations Support
Develop and maintain tools to support collection of required inputs for the Sales Operations process including territory design and target setting.
Partner with Senior SFE Analyst on appropriate metrics to help shape commercial decisions
Partner with Senior Business Insights Analyst on data & systems requirements to advance operational effectiveness on the Sales Operations processes
Support Continual Process Improvement Initiatives
Identify opportunities to continually improve Incentives & Sales Operations processes
Contribute to broader SFE relate projects including consultation and provision of data
Continued professional development as it pertains to SFE, data and technology
