Job Description:

This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for executing the operations strategy across Performance & Development, Year-End Compensation, Talent & Career, and Workday Security processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery. The role supports case management, data integrity, and process execution while collaborating with cross-functional HR and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee and manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides Tier 2 support by resolving escalated inquiries and managing complex cases, including system transactions, data updates, reporting requests, and issue resolution across Performance & Development, Talent, Career, Compensation, and TACO-provisioned Workday Security.

· Executes pre–launch testing and validation of system configurations, identifying defects, assessing downstream impacts, and recommending enhancements to ensure launch readiness and risk mitigation.

· Performs proactive audits and data governance related to performance and compensation, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with global stakeholders, and executing corrective actions to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

· Supports project execution and governance for key Talent processes (5 Conversations milestone activities), ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with global standards.

· Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Total Rewards, Global Talent Management, WD Design) to deliver scalable solutions and enhance employee and manager experience.

· Ensures compliance and risk management by adhering to HR policies, internal controls, and applicable local and global regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience and Skills:

  • Workday and Shared Services background preferred.
  • Proficient analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Effective communication across Business and HR functions required.
  • A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, establish prioritization and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
  • Demonstrates learning agility to successfully adapt to changes within the organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully work with internal stakeholders and colleagues to contribute ideas, find opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and advanced excel skills for automations is a plus.
