Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of provider, payer, specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, and other strategic customer strategies for the Neuroscience Mood portfolio to expand patient access.
Develop clear, compliant access resources and education that simplify coverage, prior authorization to label, procurement pathways, reimbursement, and affordability support across approved indications and associated patient services.
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), PECS, Medical, Pricing, Compliance, field teams, and agency partners to deliver projects and tools that ensure optimal product access.
Translate customer insights, field feedback, and marketplace trends into actionable market access strategies, ensuring strong pull-through of total brand positioning and alignment to business plan priorities.
Lead the development of HCP payer and access training for the Neuroscience field sales organization, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), and Managed Markets & Institutional Business Group to strengthen access acumen and execution in the field.
Drive strategies and resource development that simplify site of care activation and operationalization, including education on, coverage, acquisition, reimbursement, and fulfillment processes.
Support specialty pharmacy and specialty distributor strategy, including enhanced service models and operational solutions, to improve speed to therapy and customer experience.
Use data, analytics, and KPI tracking to identify access barriers, measure impact, prioritize opportunities, and inform ongoing optimization of market access initiatives.
Lead the CAC relationship for the Market Access team, ensuring timely submissions, high-quality review packages, and compliant execution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or business experience is required.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated a track record of business results, a proactive work ethic, proven project management skills, strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills required.
The ability to influence and lead large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
This candidate must effectively lead multiple agencies and internal stakeholders, communicate clearly and concisely, deliver all projects within budget, and assess project impact on driving results.
Experience leading, prioritizing and execution with multiple projects is required.
Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA, regulatory, and legal environment, and HCC regulations is preferred.
Preferred:
A minimum of four years of experience in marketing, payer and/or market access, sales, account management, pricing, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy/distributor strategy, access operations, or related fields is preferred.
Experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, depression, or mood portfolio strategy, including payer, reimbursement, and customer access dynamics, is preferred.
Other:
This position is a high visibility position with exposure to multiple layers of Sr. Management.
This position is located in Titusville, NJ, and requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
