Job Description:

Role Focus

Product analysis and delivery support for end-to-end (E2E) supply chain technology capabilities across Electrophysiology Supply Chain, enabling alignment and execution of MES, Digital, and Labeling platforms across Juarez and Costa Rica.

The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting backlog execution, and ensuring consistent capability development and enablement across sites and product domains.

Job Summary

The EP SCT Product Analyst supports the E2E Technical Product Manager and Product Owners in enabling and executing aligned technology capabilities across MES, Digital, and Labeling systems within the Electrophysiology Supply Chain.

This role collaborates closely with:

Business stakeholders across Juarez and Costa Rica manufacturing sites, JJT Product Owners and Technical Product Owners, and Engineering and delivery teams to translate business requirements into clear user stories, backlog items, and functional specifications, ensuring alignment across sites and product domains.

The Product Analyst plays a critical role in:

  • Supporting E2E capability alignment across sites and products

  • Ensuring consistent implementation of solutions across Juarez and Costa Rica

  • Driving tactical delivery readiness and backlog quality

The role contributes to ensuring that technology solutions are business-aligned, scalable, and consistently deployed, supporting operational performance, harmonization, and capability enablement across the EP Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy Support

Support Product Owners and E2E TPM in translating business priorities into detailed product requirements and backlog items.

Maintain strong understanding of MES, Digital, and Labeling capabilities and business processes across EP BU SC Sites (Juarez and Costa Rica)

Ensure backlog priorities are aligned with business needs and E2E supply chain objectives.

Backlog, Requirements & Delivery Readiness

Build, refine, and manage user stories, use cases, and process flows for product teams.

Ensure stories meet definition of ready and definition of done prior to development cycles.

Stay ahead of delivery cycles to ensure backlog readiness and clarity for squads.

Support backlog prioritization and alignment across sites and product domains.

Business Analysis & Process Alignment

Understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements and technical deliverables.

Document and standardize business processes across Juarez and Costa Rica for MES, Digital, and Labeling , among others.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and harmonization across sites.

Ensure consistency in how solutions are implemented across the business.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Act as a key liaison between business users, Product Owners, and technical teams.

Communicate requirements clearly to developers, testers, and stakeholders.

Facilitate alignment across site-specific and product-specific requirements.

Support demos, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Testing, Validation & Deployment Support

Support development of UAT scripts and testing scenarios.

Participating in User Acceptance Testing and validation activities

Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and business expectations.

Assist with transition to operations and support readiness.

Dependency & Integration Support

Help manage dependencies across squads, products, and sites.

Work closely with Product Owners and other Product Analysts to ensure cross-team alignment.

Support visibility of dependencies and risks impacting delivery.

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track key metrics and build reports to monitor progress and performance.

Support continuous improvement of product delivery and process efficiency.

Provide insights to improve backlog quality and delivery outcomes.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to SDLC documentation, compliance requirements, and system governance processes.

Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness for systems and processes.

Support alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

3–6 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or IT delivery roles

Experience working with manufacturing systems, MES, Digital platforms, or Labeling systems preferred.

Experience of supporting Agile delivery teams and backlog management.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Core Skills

Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.

Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (MES preferred)

Experience with backlog management and Agile delivery practices

Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in MedTech or regulated environments

Familiarity with MES systems, Digital platforms, and Labeling solutions

Knowledge of GxP, compliance, or validation processes

Exposure to data, automation, or integration technologies

  • Basic understanding of compliance, SDLC, and documentation requirements

  • Ability to support a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset across teams.
