The Pricing Analyst supports the development, execution, and optimization of pricing strategies across MedTech business. The role provides analytical expertise and business insights to support pricing decisions, commercial initiatives, contract negotiations, and market access activities.
Working closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and other business partners, the Pricing Analyst develops pricing analyses, business cases, scenario models, and market assessments that enable profitable growth and sustainable market competitiveness.
The position contributes to pricing governance processes, supports pricing excellence initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to enhance commercial decision-making across the region.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Pricing Analysis & Business Insights
· Conduct pricing analyses to support commercial decision-making, pricing optimization, and business growth initiatives.
· Analyze pricing trends, product performance, customer purchasing patterns, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
· Prepare regular pricing reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
· Monitor pricing performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Pricing Strategy Execution
· Support the implementation of regional and local pricing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
· Assist in evaluating pricing proposals, discount structures, tender opportunities, and customer agreements.
· Contribute to the development of pricing recommendations through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
· Support execution of pricing governance processes and ensure adherence to pricing policies and approval workflows.
Business Case Development & Market Modeling
· Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario simulations to assess pricing changes, reimbursement impacts, and commercial opportunities.
· Build and maintain analytical tools and market models supporting portfolio management and new product launches.
· Support forecasting and profitability assessments related to pricing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Partner with Sales, Finance, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Market Access teams to support pricing-related projects.
· Contribute pricing insights during commercial planning, tender preparation, and strategic business reviews.
· Support knowledge sharing and training activities related to pricing tools, processes, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Analytics
· Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools.
· Support automation initiatives using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other digital solutions.
· Contribute to pricing excellence projects and adoption of best practices.

Required Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy and analysis within a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex pricing challenges and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in storytelling and data visualization, with experience creating impactful presentations for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative pricing models.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong ability to generate new ideas and approaches to pricing.
- Exceptional communication skills, effectively utilizing written, visual, and verbal methods to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven success in leading both internal and external communications related to pricing initiatives and strategy.
