Job summary
Drives the execution of commercial, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve strategic growth objectives for the Energy business. Leads customer-facing and operational activities, driving successful commercialization, technology adoption, and business process excellence to accelerate sustainable growth and customer value.
In this role you will:
- Lead and coordinate Energy device and Advanced Energy product demonstration programs, ensuring effective deployment, utilization tracking, and operational excellence to drive customer engagement, accelerate technology adoption, and support sustainable business growth.
- Own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs for the Energy portfolio, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Lead the commercialization, market adoption, and business development of Energy capital equipment solutions across the Greek market, developing and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth, customer acquisition, and installed-base expansion.
- Drive successful launch, configuration, deployment, and implementation of capital equipment solutions, ensuring alignment with customer clinical and operational requirements.
- Develop strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities within existing and new customers, and execute sales initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, expand market penetration, and achieve business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing product expertise, customer training, and post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and technology adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive customer adoption, maximize installed-base utilization, optimize business processes, and deliver superior customer experience.
- Develop financing, leasing, and capital investment strategies that support customer purchasing decisions and facilitate adoption of Energy capital equipment solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, customer requirements, and business performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Maintain accurate business records, asset tracking, contract documentation, and operational reporting to support effective business management and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
- 8-10 years of experience within MD&D business departments.
- Experience within operational business area would be an advantage.
- Experience in both Sales and Marketing with demonstrated success in both customer-facing commercial execution and Strategic marketing development – a big advantage
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the medical business.
- Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role
- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
- Trained to apply advanced Microsoft suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Active driving license
- Must be self-disciplined, organized, quickly uptake ownership & responsibility of business objectives.
