Role Overview
The China Established Products, EP, team is looking for a strategy-oriented intern to support portfolio strategy, marketing planning, business analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.
This internship offers exposure to China pharmaceutical portfolio management, lifecycle value maximization, market access, channel strategy, digital initiatives, and APAC/Global PALM collaboration. The intern will work closely with the EP Portfolio & Marketing team to support strategic initiatives that help established products sustain value, improve accessibility, and identify future growth opportunities in China.
Key Responsibilities
1. EP Portfolio Strategy Support
- Support market, competitor, product lifecycle, policy, and customer analysis for key EP assets.
- Assist in developing product and portfolio-level insights, including market trends, access environment, channel dynamics, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support preparation of business cases, strategic summaries, portfolio prioritization inputs, and leadership update materials.
2. Marketing Planning & Project Execution Support
- Support annual marketing planning, tactical tracking, and project management for selected EP initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, internal updates, meeting materials, and bilingual communication documents.
- Track project milestones, meeting minutes, action items, and cross-functional follow-ups.
3. Data & Knowledge Management Support
- Help consolidate sales, market, access, channel, policy, and competitive information into structured trackers or dashboards.
- Support basic data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
- Contribute to the development of an EP knowledge repository by organizing historical materials, market reports, strategy documents, training materials, and project files.
4. APAC/Global Communication Support
- Support preparation of English materials for APAC/Global PALM communication.
- Help summarize China market insights, project updates, and strategic asks in a clear and structured way.
- Support meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-up tracking for selected regional/global-facing projects.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student from a leading university; background in business, economics, finance, pharmacy, medicine, public health, life sciences, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, strategy, marketing, market access, or business analytics.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to structure information clearly.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization, dashboard tools, or basic analytics is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese and English; able to support bilingual business communication.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
- Prior internship experience in pharmaceutical companies, consulting, market research, investment, healthcare, or strategy-related roles is a plus.

2. 市场计划与项目执行支持
- 协助 EP 产品年度市场计划、项目执行跟进和关键工作节点管理。
- 支持 presentation deck、内部更新、会议材料和中英文沟通文件的准备。
- 跟进项目里程碑、会议纪要、action items 和跨部门 follow-up。
3. 数据与知识管理支持
- 协助整合销售、市场、准入、渠道、政策和竞争信息,形成结构化 tracker 或 dashboard。
- 支持基础数据清洗、分析、可视化和 insight 总结。
- 协助搭建 EP Knowledge Repository,整理历史资料、市场报告、策略文件、培训材料和项目文档。
4. APAC/Global 沟通支持
- 支持 APAC/Global PALM 相关英文沟通材料的准备。
- 协助将中国市场洞察、项目进展和战略需求整理成清晰、结构化的英文材料。
- 支持区域/全球项目相关会议安排、纪要整理和 follow-up 跟进。
任职要求
- 国内外重点院校本科或研究生在读,商科、经济、金融、医学、药学、公共卫生、生命科学等相关背景优先。
- 对医药行业、产品策略、市场营销、市场准入或商业分析有较强兴趣。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维、信息整理和结构化表达能力。
- 熟练使用 PowerPoint 和 Excel;具备数据可视化、dashboard 或基础数据分析经验者优先。
- 中英文表达能力良好,能够支持双语商务沟通和材料准备。
- 认真负责、主动性强、注重细节,能够适应跨部门协作和快节奏项目环境。
