Customer facing position as primary scientific expert in solid tumor
Provides scientific, technical and pharmacoeconomic information to company's key customers
Initiates and maintains relationships to increase awareness of company's products by designing, developing, and delivering effective presentations and by coordinating symposia and continuing education seminars

Product and therapeutic area knowledge

o Develops and delivers therapeutic area training to internal stakeholders

Scientific communication
o Provides clinical and scientific information to current and potential key opinion leaders
o Assists with preparation of product presentations for demonstration to thought leaders, medical groups, government agencies and health systems
o Drives continuing medical educational, advisory boards, workshops, seminars and programs for healthcare professionals and scientists
o Collects and follows up on unsolicited medical information requests
o Identifies and disseminates emerging scientific and medical information from and through multiple channels in a timely and concise manner
o Understands the use of digital technology and multiple channels to engage external stakeholders
External customer engagement and relationship
o Develops and manages relationships with key external stakeholders, including key thought leaders, healthcare staff, medical societies, government bodies, and patient advocacy groups
o Provides scientific support for speaker programs and symposia
o Identifies key speakers and provides speaker briefings for educational meetings
o Documents, interprets, and uses customer insights to develop brand and Medical Affairs strategies and plans
Cross-functional collaboration
o Understands the role of other functions and keeps appropriate stakeholders informed
o Develops educational, promotional, and reporting materials for use within the company's departments
o Works closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and manage emerging opportunities
o Proactively communicates meaningful and actionable scientific information to internal stakeholders
o Develops and conducts product training programs for internal stakeholders
o Assists in formulary submissions for new products
o Executes risk management plan (RMP) in compliance with local health regulations
Strategic evidence generation
o Identifies evidence gaps based on the needs of external stakeholders and alignment to business strategy
o Develops evidence generation plans in alignment with brand or therapeutic area strategy
o Develops study concepts
o Contributes to design of new research proposals and protocols
o Supports the planning and management of Medical Affairs research related activities
o Drives investigator meetings
o Assesses and liaises with key customers regarding their investigator-initiated study requests
o Develops and oversees development of clinical study reports and publications
[Job Requirements/Qualifications]
Essential:
o Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
o Strong communication and presentation skills
o Willing to travel
o Previous experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Operation
Preferred:
o PhD, Pharm D, MD, Pharmacist with MSc degree or other relevant life sciences degrees with a Medical or Clinical focus
