We are searching for the best talent for Process Engineer I to be in Juarez City.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate
- Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- • Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
- • Performs material tests.
- • Studies the processes to implement improvements.
- • Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
- • Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
- • Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing, safety and environment requirements.
- • Participates in saving and capital proyects
- • Responsible of complying with finance metrics
- • Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performs activities of process/product validation.
- Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.
- Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance and
- development plans for personnel in charge.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical
- industry.
- Experiment design
- Knowledge in statistical analysis tools
- Management of statistical procedures.
- Knowledge of computer programs.
- Oral and written communication in Spanish
- Process Engineer I, Intermediate English
