Johnson & Johnson Deliver NA Order to Cash Reliability & Governance is part of the Johnson & Johnson Deliver Supply Chain organization and supports operations across all Johnson & Johnson MedTech Companies. The NA Order to Cash Reliability & Governance team plays a significant role supporting changes related to process improvements, enhancements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. The Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Reliability & Governance will be responsible for testing, performing root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact the Medical Technology franchises.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage OTC exceptions and provide support: resolve consignment reconciliations, billing kickouts, pricing/incomplete orders, zero‑pick and credit holds; perform Winshuttle operations and SERF testing; triage EDI/IDOC errors (open IRIS tickets, escalate to IT); troubleshoot SAP access; ensure compliance, produce order notes, drive cross‑functional fixes and customer follow‑up, and complete required training.
Support multiple moderate size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills, and project management skills.
Acts as a key resource on larger projects and serves as a consultant with cross-functional team members for Surgery, EP, & Neuro OTC processes, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners and IT teams.
Find opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, IT, or industry-specific change initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of business process flows managed within the OTC platform.
Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system improvements
Functions independently with limited work direction and escalate as appropriate.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree required, Supply Chain, IT, or business.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
At least 4+ years of professional experience is required Experience in Supply Chain
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Knowledge of SOX, and GxP compliance requirements
Strong Analytical Skills.
Proficient in SAP required
Successfully balance multiple priorities, highly organized and work efficiently to meet deadlines
Preferred:
Understanding of Error Handling Processes as it relates to the OTC process
Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end-to-end) Demonstrated use of continuous improvement tools and methodology such as, Process Excellence, LEAN, and project management, to evaluate, challenge, and optimize business processes.
Change management skills
Technical competence preferred
Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution Module
Detailed understanding of MedTech business processes and data
Experience using Supply Chain tech platforms (e.g., JIRA, Solman, IRIS etc.)
Validated experience working remotely with business partners, in a highly collaborative environment
Other:
May require up to 10% of domestic travel

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
