Field‑Based Product Specialist (Immunology)
Location: Croatia
Work Pattern: Field‑based (majority of time spent visiting HCPs and medical institutions)
About the Role:
The Field‑Based Product Specialist is responsible for driving scientific engagement, product promotion, and therapeutic education within the immunology therapeutic area. The role involves close interaction with healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, clinical centers, and specialist societies. You will act as a trusted partner to immunologists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, and other relevant specialists, supporting them with high‑quality clinical information and insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scientific & Medical Engagement
Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with immunologists and other relevant specialists.
Deliver high‑quality medical and scientific information in alignment with compliance standards.
Facilitate scientific discussions related to disease pathways, patient management, and therapeutic options.
2. Field Execution
Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical practices across Croatia.
Map key accounts, develop territory plans, and execute field strategies to meet defined objectives.
Support HCPs with product information, treatment algorithms, and patient journey insights.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access, to implement integrated activity plans.
Provide field insights that help shape strategy, messaging, and local initiatives.
Support medical education events, advisory boards, and congress activities.
4. Digital & Hybrid Engagement
Use digital platforms to complement field visits and ensure efficient, compliant communication with HCPs.
Support patient‑centric initiatives and educational programs delivered via online channels.
Qualifications & Requirements (Must‑Have)
Must‑Have Requirements
Proven track record in the Immunology field (e.g., experience in biologics, immunology therapeutic area, specialty‑care field roles, or scientific/medical field roles).
At least 5 years of experience in innovative pharmaceutical industry
At least 2–3 years of experience in a field‑based pharmaceutical role (e.g., Product Specialist, KAM, MSL).
Strong scientific understanding of immunology, immune‑mediated diseases, or biologic therapies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a field territory, and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
University degree in Life Sciences,
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Sales), Market Access).
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret scientific data.

€41,000.00 - €66,470.00Benefits:
