Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Customer Solution manager, located in Solna, Sweden.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Solutions Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our Nordic commercial organization and in close cooperation with Supply Chain to ensure smooth customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nordic eSIMS Champion responsible for overseeing existing customer installations and coordinating the onboarding process for new clients.

  • Proactively building and fostering long term relationships with customers and partners to maximize opportunities for upselling and inventory optimization by monitoring and analyzing data.

  • Be the go-to person for any practical questions related to the solution, setting up and administering customer eSIMS accounts, keeping master data to date and accurate.

  • Guiding customers through the startup to have them understand how to use the product and get the most out of the solution.

  • Operative Coordinator for key partners (distributors and private hospital chains) acting as coordinator between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, B&T, Pricing, Supply Chain) managing operational tasks related to distributors and private accounts. Making sure orders are fulfilled, maintaining inventory records, and handling partner inquiries to drive sales.

  • Develop a strong network with the Country Sales & Marketing organization.

  • Follow all relevant rules and regulations within the department's responsibility.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and foster internal and external relationships and work collaboratively to drive results.

  • Excellent communication skills, with deep knowledge – and curiosity – of IT and ePlatforms.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management coupled with an ability to interpret data and usage metrics to make actionable recommendations.

  • Proven project management experience, with a proactive approach focused on solving problems before they escalate.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities coupled with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience from the Med Tech industry, specifically Orthopedics.

  • Deep understanding of the Nordics Health Care systems.

  • Proficiency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian).

  • Financial awareness and numerical skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr482,000.00 - kr776,250.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
