Job Overview
The Marketing Lead, Trade Markets plays a critical role in shaping and executing trade marketing strategies that drive growth across distributor and partner channels within assigned markets. This role partners closely with Commercial, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to translate global and regional brand strategies into effective local trade initiatives. The position has a direct impact on market performance, customer engagement, and execution excellence across the trade ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and regional brand plans.
Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to design programs that strengthen distributor engagement and drive demand across priority trade channels.
Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant trade initiatives, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Manage trade marketing calendars, campaigns, and materials to support product launches and ongoing portfolio priorities.
Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to optimize trade programs and improve execution effectiveness.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory partners to ensure seamless execution of trade activities.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior commercial leadership.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required
Typically requires 6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial roles within a complex, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing trade or channel marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross‑functional partners.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience within medical devices, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
Demonstrated success leading complex projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with distributor or partner‑led commercial models.

Language: Fluency in English required.
