Senior Maintenance- & Reliability Manager
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Maintenance- & Reliability Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Maintenance- and Reliability Manager, your primary objective is to facilitate breakthrough enhancements in the manufacturing process, focusing on the safety, quality, productivity, and reliability of our equipment and systems.
You will be part of the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) leadership team for the Geel site. Where you will partner with your peers from project delivery, technical safety and Compliance and Quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a diverse repair, maintenance, automation & reliability team across the Geel site ensuring flawless execution of reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Coaching team members and promote the ‘Technical Ownership’ culture.
- Identifying the maintenance strategy, translating and governing this into tactical plans for the manufacturing assets: identifying reliability projects, optimizing maintenance strategies, improving and ensuring equipment availability.
- Collaborate with customers in the Commercial Manufacturing Supply organizations such as Operations, Engineering and Planning to align on priorities both in the short and the long term.
- Driving digital technological innovations, such as implementing continuous sensor technologies to improve maintenance plans and constructing online dashboards.
Qualifications:

- An individual with strong communication skills who can communicate effectively with partners across different levels of our organization.

- A technical degree or equivalent experience and a strong interest in all aspects of maintenance & reliability. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science.
- An innovative drive to make the difference and achieve results. Combination of analytical and technical skills to understand and solve complex issues as well as derive related business needs.
- Passionate about bringing innovative ideas, products and services to life, demonstrating strong project management skilled in leading changes.
- Able to collaborate with others using both English and Dutch.

€96,000.00 - €165,025.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
