  • The design and execution of in vitro experiments, including standard and customized solubility, precipitation, and dissolution testing, to support biopharmaceutical profiling for development projects in the synthetic molecule portfolio, with a focus on oral peptides.

  • Applying in silico absorption modeling, such as physiology based biopharmaceutics and/or pharmacokinetic modeling, to characterize the interface between drug product performance and physiological conditions, and to predict absorption and permeation (incl oral peptides).

  • Working at the interface between Biopharmaceutics and High Throughput Preformulation Sciences, and integrate all in vitro and in silico data to assess, predict and improve the absorption of oral synthetic molecules including peptides

  • Collaborating proactively with external partners, including academic institutions and private research organizations, to stay current with emerging scientific, industrial, and regulatory developments in biopharmaceutics across in vitro and in silico approaches.

  • To drive innovation of integrated in vitro / in silico workflows to accelerate biopharmaceutical understanding and rational formulation design/selection Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Discovery Sciences, Preclinical DMPK, Non-Clinical Safety, Clinical Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, API Development, Drug Product Development, and Analytical Development.
