Position overview
The Capital Equipment & Commercial Excellence Specialist is accountable for the end-to-end management of the Electrophysiology (EP) capital equipment fleet in Spain, including both company-owned assets and third-party assets (POLOs), ensuring effective planning, deployment, optimization, and full regulatory compliance.
This role combines strategic and analytical rigor with strong operational execution and is critical to maximizing the contribution of capital equipment to business growth. The position serves as a key interface across commercial teams, marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business unit priorities, enterprise objectives, and compliance requirements.
The role creates measurable value through improved asset productivity, accelerated installation timelines, and identification of commercial opportunities that strengthen market performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Equipment Fleet Management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all installed equipment, including company-owned and third-party assets.
Oversee contractual regularization, technical requirements, and maintenance standards across the installed base.
Monitor the financial performance of the installed base and recommend corrective actions to improve return on assets.
New Equipment Deployment
Lead the development of business cases supporting new capital equipment investments.
Coordinate internal approval workflows and ensure full adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Drive efficient installation processes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and execution excellence.
Strategy and Business Analysis
Analyze market dynamics, sales trends, and commercial performance to refine equipment strategy and commercial models.
Identify data-driven growth opportunities and commercial optimization initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning in alignment with regional priorities and enterprise objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing and commercial teams to define and execute the capital equipment deployment strategy.
Support contract negotiations with strategic customers and key accounts.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and robust post-sales follow-up.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and governance requirements related to capital equipment.
Champion best practices and operational excellence across all related processes.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in data management and/or project execution.
Strong knowledge of the Arrhythmias market in Spain.
Proven track record in managing complex projects.
Strong organizational capability and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
Strategic, forward-looking, and innovation-oriented mindset.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€55.400,00 - €87.860,00Benefits:
