Position Overview
The Spain EP/NV Supply Chain Specialist serves as the Supply Chain interface in Spain, driving service performance, KPI delivery, and end-to-end operational alignment across the EP/NV portfolio.
The role is responsible for embedding Supply Chain considerations into customer interactions and commercial decisions, managing back orders and allocations, and ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Working in close partnership with Customer Service, D&T, central planning, and commercial teams, the Specialist monitors and drives key supply chain metrics, supports tender and deal execution, and leads corrective action and recovery plans to ensure reliable service delivery and business continuity.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Act as Supply Chain interface to customers, driving performance (OTIF, service, penalties)
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, D&T and central planning teams
Lead back order and allocation management, including SKU prioritization
Support tenders and commercial decisions (feasibility, allocation strategy, inventory impact)
Monitor and drive key supply chain KPIs and corrective actions
Ensure clear communication and escalation of supply topics to stakeholders
Assess financial impact (P&L, cash, charge-outs) and ensure business alignment
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end supply chain experience
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries required
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree required (business or technical discipline preferred)
