We are looking for a driven and high-performing Key Account Manager within Immunology to join our team within Dermatology and Rheumatology, with a clear ambition to make a meaningful impact for patients.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing business opportunities, building customer value, and developing strong partnerships with leading healthcare professionals.
This is a field-based role covering the whole of Denmark, with the office based in Copenhagen. In this position, you will report to the Business Lead for Immunology in Denmark.

What you will do
Establish and lead trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers within PsO and PsA
Drive performance with a strong business mindset and clear ambition to deliver results
Proactively initiate and lead customer projects that create value for both customers and patients
Develop and execute account plans based on in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identified customer needs
Manage and optimize assigned budgets to deliver on tactical and strategic plans
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to tactics, strategy, and content development
Generate deep account insights and leverage available analytical tools to inform decisions
Ensure strong understanding of local, regional, and national funding decisions (Medicinrådet), guidelines, and implementation processes
Who we’re looking for
You bring a strong track record of success in Key Account Management or commercial sales within the pharmaceutical industry, and are ready to take full ownership of your territory and deliver meaningful commercial and patient impact
You have experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology, and are motivated to build on this expertise in a high-performing, patient-focused environment
You thrive in the field — being close to your customers energizes you, and you are excited to cover a national territory across Denmark
You are commercially driven and results-oriented, with a strong ambition to outperform and grow
You are a natural relationship builder, able to influence key stakeholders and navigate complex healthcare environments
You take ownership and act with an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities and turning them into results
You are resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment
You collaborate effectively across functions and know how to mobilize internal resources to win
You are fluent in Danish and English
You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel across Denmark
You are eligible to work in Denmark

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
