We are searching for the best talent for Master Data Associate to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina.
Purpose:
For the Italian Production Plant of Johnson&Johnson Innovative Medicine (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a MASTER DATA ASSOCIATE to be hired for a PERMANENT CONTRACT in the Data Readiness team within The Data Operation & Orchestration Organization.
The person will be part of the Master Data team and will report to the Data Readiness Lead.
As a Master Data Associate, you will:
Execute Master Data Base business step for recipe/pv/master creation or modification according to business and quality needs respecting the master data procedures and GMP roles according to defined scope and working effectively as part of a team.
Lead in autonomy the investigation in which Master Data is directly involved.
Guarantee steps execution in pipeline and fast track according to the planning date following the business plan and achieving the business goals: productivity, reliability, quality, flexibility and launches on time (standard lead time and rapid launch).
Ensure to respect quality and compliance of the activities of whose will be responsible.
Collaborate with the stakeholders in terms of increasing productivity/reliability/quality and flexibility of the base business in master data department.
Execute completely in autonomy Root Cause Analysis to solve and improve issues.
Escalate issue appropriately according to the performance management (daily/weekly/monthly) respecting the process governance.
Communicate in autonomy with the business partner: Finance, MSAT, GET, Planning, Operation, Regulatory, Next Gen and the rest of Data Operation & Orchestration team, facilitating the resolution of simple issue/roadblock in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness maintaining connection to cross functional partners inside and outside Latina;
Collaborate with the rest of the Data Operation & Orchestration team to share and improve processes/governance & standardize flows.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Master’s degree in engineering, Farmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Economy.
At least 2 years’ experience in Master Data role.
Strong knowledge of material master / check list manager/sap/Production Version/Master Batch Record.
Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team ensures the correct execution of the activities according to the agreed timing and quality.
Skills of ownership and accountability.
Skilled in problem-solving and decision making.
Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above)
