Finance Analyst.
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Workload: 40%
Contract: Fixed-term for 12 months
As a Finance Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the strategic vision is successfully executed, in reshaping the finance function to deliver long-term, sustainable growth for the IM business, unlocking both financial and non-financial benefits.
You will be responsible for
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting processes
Preparing financial analyses, management reports, and business performance reviews
Monitoring actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
Assisting with financial planning activities, including forecasting and budget preparation
Partnering with stakeholders across Finance and other business functions to support decision-making
Consolidating and analyzing financial data to provide meaningful business insights
Supporting compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Helping drive continuous improvement initiatives, process simplification, and system enhancements
Contributing to special projects and strategic business initiatives as required
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience & Skills
Relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a related area
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within established deadlines
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder Management, including ability to influence and challenge
Passion for driving change and ability to inspire business adoption of new processes and technology
