Internships
We partner with the Health Science Club from ETH for an internship program that helps students become future leaders and drive innovation in healthcare. Open to people pursuing bachelor’s degrees or higher.
Step IN
The Step IN program is a two-year program for students who have recently completed master's degrees or doctorates. You will develop your analytical skills and problem-solving approaches in three rotations while working closely with mentors as you learn about the end-to-end process of our supply chain operations in Schaffhausen.
Financial leadership development program (FLDP)
Our leadership development program helps university students get practical, real-world business experience over a two-and-a-half-year period. You can accelerate your path to a future financial leader with our Finance leadership development program (FLDP).
Global operations leadership development program (GOLD)
Accelerate your impact and realize your potential sooner. This program combines work rotations with classroom and online training over a two-and-a-half-year period. Hone your leadership skills and gain valuable knowledge and insights into our end-to-end global supply chain. It includes three rotations across multiple countries.
Ph.D. clinical science trainee
Advance your skills through a rotational program that includes a six-to-12-month period of learning about different aspects of the role of a clinical scientist. This is open to people with a Ph.D. who want to gain hands-on experience in research and development.
