IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7+ major global ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

The Release Manager Reporting & Analytics is a functional role within a large-scale, multi-year global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, with responsibility to manage Reports, KPIs, and Analytics across multiple global releases.

Responsible for managing and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data reporting for S/4 operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence. Accountable for developing and maintaining custom analytics within S/4 ensuring the business is prepared and equipped to adopt and leverage these capabilities effectively.​


Key Responsibilities

  • Release/deployment strategy and planning: Own the deployment calendar for reports, KPIs, and analytics across for multiple releases, define scope, timelines with key stakeholders.
  • Track key operational metrics and provide insights to support decision-making​.
  • Ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance of all reported data.​
  • Work closely with operations teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.​
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.​
  • Deploy custom analytical repots​.
  • Ensure UAT and acceptance of reports​.
  • Lead hypercare for data reporting​.
  • Ensure handover to final end users.​

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles.

• Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence.

• Understanding of SAP data structures.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred.

• Understanding of GxP, SOX, audit, CSV, data integrity (ALCOA+), GDPR, and quality requirements.


Experience & Skills

•Release management fundamentals: Building and maintaining release calendars, playbooks, and rollback plans, coordinating cross-team dependencies, change management, coordinate post-release reviews, incident management and root-cause analysis tied to releases.

Experience supporting testing cycles SIT/BST/UAT.

• Strong knowledge of analytical reporting, datasets, KPIs, and BI platform deployment.

• Proven ability to communicate in a complex matrix environment.

• Skills in risk management, issue resolution.

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:

€61 800,00 - €106 260,00

The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:

Spain – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 78 540,00 - 123 400,00
