Job Description:

We’re looking for an Offboarding Specialist II to join our EMEA HR team on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027. If you’re passionate about HR excellence and delivering a great employee experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Purpose of the role:

In this role, you will manage employee terminations and related processes in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with HR policies, processes, and legislation while delivering exceptional service to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage offboarding cases in the case management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions and documentation.

  • Monitor cases proactively to meet SLAs and quality standards.

  • Educate and guide customers on self-service tools and HR services.

  • Participate in daily huddles and follow supervisor priorities.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.

  • Document and share knowledge for future reference, including training others.

  • Contribute to employee satisfaction initiatives and participate in training.

  • Support special projects as assigned.

Required skill and qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations or related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues effectively.

    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn HR systems.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Languages:

  • English (oral+written)

  • Dutch/Czech/German (secondary) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR or Payroll Service Center experience.

  • Familiarity with Workday and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Basic understanding of HR domains (Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations).

  • HR-related certification or degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Psychology.

  • Experience in healthcare or related industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč542 000,00 - Kč871 700,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
