We are searching for the best talent for Deliver Capabilities Analyst (PL) to be in Mexico City (first location), Colombia or Brazil (São José dos Campos).
Purpose:
The DELIVER organization at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is committed to delivering
outstanding customer experience by leading critical functions such as warehouse, distribution,
transportation and customer service, across a diverse and expansive network.
We are looking for a highly skilled Deliver Capabilities Analyst (PL) to join our Strategic Office department, a team dedicated to building future-ready capabilities in Distribution and Transportation operations across LATAM.
In this role, you will be at the heart of transformation, acting as a key orchestrator of strategic initiatives, ensuring strong execution discipline, and driving alignment across countries and functions.
You will bridge strategy and execution, enabling the organization to deliver sustainable value at scale.
You will be responsible for:
- Serve as the Strategic Office focal point for capability strategy, aligning the capability roadmap with D&T G&O priorities and regional growth objectives. Play a role in Cluster's digital transformation, aligned with Deliver G&Os.
- Lead end-to-end execution of LATAM capability-building projects focused on Create Capabilities.
- Perform sustainability of recent-implemented capabilities to ensure it is properly addressing operational needs, and the usage is spread into operation.
- Implement DC capabilities for new products’ introduction as well as new go-to-market strategies.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders (Operations leads, process owners, IT, 3PL partners, vendors) to drive implementations, integration testing, localization deliverables, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensures continuity of capabilities roadmap and delivery milestones for multi-country initiatives that are critical to Strategic Office and D&T objectives.
- Institutionalize PMO best practices, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and the adoption of standardized ways of working across teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership, driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and external benchmarks to identify, assess, and bring innovative capabilities that enhance Deliver operations, accelerate digital transformation, and support D&T strategic objectives across LATAM.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Science, or another technical discipline is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different functions and organizational levels.
- Ability and willingness to undertake occasional international travel, as required by business needs.
