We are searching for the best talent for our Marketing Specialist.
Purpose: We are looking for an Experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Biosurgery team within the Surgery division, supporting the strategic and operational performance of our hemostats portfolio. This role is ideal for someone highly analytical, collaborative, and motivated to work cross‑functionally while partnering closely with the Sales team to drive strategy execution in the field.
You will be responsible for:
Lead advanced analyses on product performance, customer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends.
Own forecasting and demand planning activities (S&OP), ensuring accurate projections and visibility of risks and opportunities.
Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies, identifying opportunities and supporting the field with insights, tools, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Education, Finance, Regulatory and Quality to ensure aligned and effective execution of business initiatives.
Conduct pricing evaluations and financial analyses for new and existing products.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Strong analytical background with experience in Product Management, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and drive alignment.
High comfort engaging with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution.
Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, discipline, and ownership — able to work independently and manage priorities effectively, while leveraging team support and cross‑functional partnerships to drive outcomes.
Focus‑driven and self‑motivated profile, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
