We are searching for the best talent for Supervisor, Warehouse Operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Govern and oversee warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, with a particular focus on controlled substances related processes.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise operations team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and J&J Quality & Compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen service performance.
  • Support and lead strategic initiatives and projects related to warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.
  • Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformances (NCs), Corrective Actions (CAPAs), and Preventive Actions in accordance with quality requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, and oversight mechanisms across distribution and logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence, compliance, and customer service outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.
  • Experience managing controlled substances, narcotics, or other regulated products is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP, particularly the Warehouse Management (WM) module.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing team performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to effectively support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and drive operational improvements within a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industries at least more than 7 years
  • Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), quality systems, CAPA, and compliance management.
  • Experience leading warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and narcotics management.
