Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

  • The Co-op term is from January to July, 2027.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a(n) Co-Op, MedTech Customer Solutions Channel Ops Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ

Johnson & Johnson MedTech provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, distributors, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain services for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

Customer Solutions is part of Johnson & Johnson's global Supply Chain organization, dedicated to delivering seamless, customer-centric experiences across the healthcare value chain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and collaborate cross-functionally partnering with various teams to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals.
  • Manage and strengthen key business relationships while balancing the customer expectations, business priorities, and internal policies/requirements.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance across transportation, distribution, and related functions.
  • Manage and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners (planning, commercial, operations).

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications i.e. (Access, Excel, Power Point)
  • Data visualization applications such as PowerBI

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
