Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The Finance Manager – DPS Northern Cluster & Mexico will serve as a strategic financial partner supporting commercial leaders across the geography. The role delivers enterprise‑level impact through strategic financial leadership, disciplined governance, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Providing critical financial insights, monitoring Free Cash Flow and P&L performance, the Manager will also focus on optimizing tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Serve as key business partner to the leadership teams helping to shape strategy and providing financial advice and support to enable decision making

  • Pro-active participation in monthly, quarterly and year end closing, ensure timely submission of accurate financial information to LATAM region, partner & engage with GS and FP&A, P&L variance analysis, reviewing and analyzing all internal reports to ensure informed timely corrective recommendations and action plans.

  • Business planning and Forecasts: active participation in budget construction, close partnering with the FP&A and Marketing Finance teams to analyze and understand their needs and challenges.

  • Compliance: Advocate organizational compliance to HCBI, HCC, Commercial/Competition law and regulations.

  • Active member of the Colombia and Mexico Leadership Teams as required

  • Deploy and maintain dashboards and business scorecards for strategic tracking and decision-making.

  • Act as the primary finance contact for business leaders, building strong cross-functional relationships to develop innovative solutions for varying scope and complexity issues.

  • Support the Business Planning process, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and variance reporting.

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses of costs, pricing, contribution margins, and sales results.
