Job Description:

The Senior Learning Delivery Analyst coordinates day‑to‑day end‑to‑end learning delivery operations, including learning setup and assignments, user group administration, and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS) to support validation and quality assurance while also managing learning logistics such as room bookings, coach availability and assignments, materials coordination, and catering to ensure seamless and effective learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage course setup within the system, ensuring master sessions, automated emails, and reminders are accurately configured, complete, and properly maintained.
  • Manage and support all logistical activities for events, including room booking, agenda planning, material shipping, and catering arrangements. Ensure smooth execution during pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and conduct comprehensive post-event reviews.
  • Conduct relevant post‑event reviews to find opportunities for improvement, collection lessons learned, and support continuous improvement
  • Provide data and reporting related to programs performance.
  • Provide clear, timely direction and assignments to analyst to keep tasks moving efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key contacts at sites, such as catering, IT, and facilities teams, to ensure coordination and support for events.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with course owners, HR partners, ambassadors, and site‑based support teams (such as catering, IT, and facilities) to ensure effective coordination, regional alignment, and flawless support for learning events while advancing global program objectives.
  • Adopt and promote the use of required tools/systems to support day to day operations.
  • Document processes and compile data for internal use, ensuring all records are accurate
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety standards, and respect cultural considerations in all event activities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 4 years of work experience
  • Prior experience in managing and supporting training programs, both onsite and virtually, is crucial.
  • Experience in organizing events, including logistical planning and coordination.
  • Experience with LMS platforms for course management, registration, and tracking is preferred.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups, including course owners, participants, and team members across regions.
  • Capability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues, ensuring smooth program delivery.
  • Precision in managing logistical details and documentation.
  • Skills in managing projects, timelines, and resources efficiently is preferred.
  • Cultural awareness, including understanding and respecting cultural differences, particularly in a global setting.
  • Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to event management and program delivery.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and sporadic weekends.
  • Certifications in logistics, learning and performance, or project management are desired.
