Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for an IT Sr. Director, Product Group Leader for Commercial Operations within Innovative Medicine Technology (IMT). More specifically, this role will lead the technology strategy and enablement for the Strategic Customer Group, Government Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Global Medical Affairs and Content Management within Innovative Medicine’s Commercial team in North America.

This Product Group Leader will lead teams of business technology experts and partner across Innovative Medicine Commercial leaders in NA to deliver the portfolios of technology and AI investments, that include but are not limited to digital solutions for external & internal communications (e.g. J&J Medical Connect), customer relationship management (e.g. SFDC Commercial Cloud, Quorum), Content Creation and Approval (Adobe Workfront, Veeva Vault), and operational excellence and intelligent insights (e.g. Appian, Tableau, Power BI).

While working at the intersection of business strategy, emerging AI capabilities, and digital transformation, this role will drive the technology strategy, planning, governance, and capability roadmap of multiple technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive future-ready SCG, GA, SA, GMAF and Content Management technology strategies, business capabilities, operating models, and digital roadmaps in alignment with our business and technology leadership teams.
  • Build, prioritize and deliver pipeline of programs, projects, and technology products in partnership with SCG, GA, SA and GMAF to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner with Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) teams to create policies and controls for the appropriate protection of enterprise assets.
  • Shape and Lead AI experienced, diverse and highly engaged teams, crafting an inclusive culture within the team, business partners & across JJT
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive enhanced customer outcomes and improved financial performance through improvements to current-state business flow and longer-term redesign of how business value is delivered

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related degree; or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of related technology and/or experience with pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital communications, content management, and customer relationship management platforms and processes.
  • AI, reporting & analytics experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience leading diverse teams for program/project implementation, deployment and product management.
  • Strong decision-making, consulting, & executive level business communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative spirit that leads and influences teams and partners to experiment with technology, and establish shared platforms and teams to drive business results.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$178,000.00 - $307,050.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
