Job Description:

Vision Care is recruiting for a Sales Analytics Lead, located in Wokingham.

This role supports the day-to-day work needed to keep customer and pricing information accurate and up to date. You’ll help lead requests like setting up new accounts, updating account details and links, and keeping pricing tools and references maintained. The role works closely with teams like Sales Teams, Key Accounts, Customer Master Team and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain recurring operational/commercial reports (e.g., field activity or call reporting, key metrics, etc.) to support teams with visibility and governance.

  • Coordinate and implement annual customer price changes and support new product pricing setup, including validation checks and documentation of updates.

  • Run and review price change reporting and perform regular pricing/data audits to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and reduce recurrence.

  • Maintain and update pricing tools and reference pricing datasets, ensuring internal partners have current, controlled pricing outputs.

  • Own end-to-end processing of new account requests and account change requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely setup across relevant systems.

  • Maintain and govern customer master data, including ongoing updates to customer attributes, operational flags, and reference records to support commercial execution.

  • Manage customer hierarchy and relationship maintenance (e.g., parent/child structures, linked/group accounts) to ensure correct pricing and reporting logic.

  • Support resale / downstream customer data loads (e.g., key account resale inputs), ensuring data quality and correct mapping.

  • Provide access and onboarding support for internal users (new starters, access to tools/apps) and act as first-line support for login/access queries for customer-facing portals/tools.

  • Maintain a robust audit trail (logs, evidence, approvals) to support internal/external audits and compliance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Validated experience in data management, customer operations, pricing support, master data, or commercial administration is critical.

  • Preferred: Professional qualifications or training in business operations, data management, finance/commercial administration, or similar (e.g., short courses, certifications).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to handle high volumes of requests without compromising quality.

  • Practical experience working with pricing datasets / price updates / operational reporting, and confidence validating outputs before release.

  • Strong partner communication skills — able to clarify requirements, lead expectations, and close the loop with clear outcomes.

  • Proven Excel, Access and Tableau capability and comfort working with structured data repositories/tools.

  • Understanding of controls, documentation, and audit readiness, including maintaining logs/evidence and following governance processes.
