Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Shockwave Medical Inc. a Territory Manager Sweden - Shockwave IVL, to be located in Middle/North Sweden.

Position Overview

Territory Managers are responsible for delivering high‑quality training and education to end users, while maintaining and strengthening established customer relationships to support ongoing adoption of the Shockwave IVL portfolio within the assigned geography.

This position represents an additional headcount, created to support the continued growth of the Shockwave IVL portfolio in Sweden.

Focus areas will include driving new business with responsibility for achieving sales expectations in an assigned territory while providing exceptional service and support to physicians to meet their patient’s needs. The Territory Manager is responsible for case coverage in catheter labs while working with physicians and key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers by providing timely product and technical information, ensuring effective clinical use and adoption of the Shockwave IVL portfolio.

  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes.

  • Educate customer about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve related sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor area sales trend and product performance results.

  • Follow all company safety polices and safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Follow all company policies, rules and regulations.

  • Provide detailed expense reports on a weekly basis with concur system.

  • Attend industry trade shows, including assisting with the set-up, working and tear-down when exhibiting.

  • Provide support and feedback to Warehouse regarding shipping and all other customer information.

  • Regular reporting to the Country Manager about Territory, customer and market as agreed.

  • Assist in the development of fiscal annual forecast and goals, including the sales budget for customer lists.

  • Continually enhance sales skills in order to promote a professional image.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish, proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in the medical device market, especially interventional peripheral and coronary also with good clinical experience.

  • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.

  • High willingness to travel.

  • Strong practical commercial execution background.

  • Proven problem solver.

  • Knowledge of in-country sales channels.

  • Good knowledge about medical device market situation (competitor activities, pricing etc.).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 638.000,00 SEK – 1.026.950,00 SEK.
